Kristen has a lovely home, with all the amenities you could want (fire pit, hot tub, etc.). The price was well worth it as the location is close to many mountain towns and it’s a large house too with plenty of beds.

Amazing house to spend Christmas with my family. Kristen put up a tree and we were very comfortable the entire time. Everything was clean and functional! GREAT WATER PRESSURE! Overall a great experience for anyone looking for a spacious house to accommodate a large group and be surrounded by nature and fresh air. I would recommend 10/10! Kristen was super nice and helpful and we had absolutely ZERO issues! Easy check out. 0 complaints! THANK YOU!

Stayed with kids

This home was warm, comfortable, and welcoming! Our family (8 adults, 3 children ages 13, 11, and 1) stayed here for 4 days to celebrate Thanksgiving, with more than ample space for all of us.
The added little touches from the labels on the kitchen drawers and cabinets (SO HELPFUL!), to bathroom amenities (soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, earplugs, cotton balls and swabs), to the charging cords and multiple outlets throughout the hose, added to the beauty of this home. Kristen was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. She provided suggestions on places to eat, shop (King Soopers was my choice) and things to do. We took the kids (and most of the adults) to the Sasquatch Outpost for a fun outing one afternoon.
All in all, this place is definitely worth staying at! Our family is already talking about planning another visit in the next couple of years!

Great home for a group of all ages. We went for my Mom’s 80th birthday. She was able to get around easily with her walker upstairs and out on the wonderful deck with beautiful views. (It was hard to find a place with those accommodations.) Everyone said the beds were comfortable and we all have bad backs. This place is great if you just want relax, take a hike, fish at the river on site, hangout in the game room downstairs, or take a soak in the hot tub. Great TVs too if you’re a football fan! Located just off 285 so it’s an easy drive to town to visit the brewery, winery, shops, and restaurants. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us! We felt right at home.
